Daily Reminder on Physical and Emotional Health: #6 out of 21

Today I, ____________________, will do all I can to safeguard my physical and emotional health.

“Do not intentionally harm your body. Avoid dangerous activities that put your body at risk of serious injury.” – For the Strength of Youth

I, ____________________, commit to not intentionally harm my body today or until August 23 and to avoid dangerous activities that put me at risk of serious injury.

“Do not run faster or labor more than you have strength.” – D&C 10:4
