Today I, ____________________, will do all I can to safeguard my physical and emotional health.
“Exercise regularly.” – For the Strength of Youth
I, ____________________, commit to exercise regularly until August 23.*
(I will point out that “weekly” is regularly if that is all you can do. Whatever you do, use this as an opportunity to get started.)
Doctrine and Covenants 89:18-20, the Promise of the Word of Wisdom
“18 And all saints who remember to keep and do these sayings, walking in obedience to the commandments, shall receive health in their navel and marrow to their bones;
“19 And shall find wisdom and great treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures;
“20 And shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint.”

There are many many ways to exercise, and many many websites that have recommendations. I suggest you find something that matches what you want. For example, I like swimming and I’m using this website I found for workouts. I also got the Daily Workouts for more specific things, such as abs, and the Simply Yoga app because my swim coach recommended yoga. You could also do something unstructured. For instance, I go for a run every other day, somethings that doesn’t need anything but a good pair of shoes.
