Daily Reminder on Physical and Emotional Health: #1 out of 21

Today I, ____________________, will do all I can to safeguard my physical and emotional health.

“To care for your body, eat nutritious food.” – For the Strength of Youth

I, ____________________, commit eat nutritious food today and until August 23.

“Practice balance and moderation in all aspects of your physical health. Also, avoid extremes in diet that could lead to eating disorders.” – For the Strength of Youth

Use it to find out how many servings of each food category to have. I’m writing down my findings on a sticky note that I will put somewhere. (Note: as mentioned in the starting post, not everything works for everyone. These are suggestions.)
